Common questions
How often is a landlord gas safety check needed?
Every 12 months, by law, for every rental property with gas appliances. You can renew up to two months before the deadline without losing time on the certificate.
What do I get afterwards?
A Landlord Gas Safety Record, often called a CP12, emailed the same day. Tenants must be given a copy within 28 days.
Can you deal with my tenants directly?
Yes. Give me the tenant's number and I will arrange access, do the check and send you the certificate.
Do you do several properties?
Yes. If you have a handful of rentals on the Wirral I can work through them in one go.
