Is a heat pump right for your house?
Some homes suit a heat pump well. Others need bigger radiators or better insulation first, and for a few a modern boiler is still the sensible answer. The heat-loss survey tells you which camp your house is in, and I will give you the answer straight either way.

Room by room, not off a postcode. This is what decides the size of the pump and whether any radiators need upgrading.

Common questions
Will a heat pump keep my house warm?
If it is sized from a proper heat-loss survey, yes. Problems come from systems specced off guesswork, which is why the survey comes first, every time.
Do I need new radiators?
Sometimes. Heat pumps run cooler than boilers, so some rooms need larger radiators to give the same warmth. The survey identifies which, before you commit to anything.
Do you service existing heat pumps?
Yes. If someone else fitted it, I can still look after it.
