Not sure which boiler?
A combi heats water as you use it and suits most Wirral homes with one bathroom. A system boiler fills a hot water cylinder, better where two showers run at once. A regular boiler works with tanks in the loft and suits older systems. If you are not sure, the survey answers it, and I will tell you straight if your current setup is worth keeping.

Old boiler out, new one in and commissioned to manufacturer spec. Most like-for-like swaps are done in a day.

Warranty registered, Building Regulations notified, and everything explained before I leave.
Common questions
How long does a boiler install take?
A straightforward like-for-like swap is usually done in a day. If pipework needs moving or the system needs a flush it can take longer, and the quote will say so before you commit.
Which brands do you fit?
I am an approved installer for Vaillant and Glow-worm, which is what I recommend for most homes. I can supply and fit other makes if you have a preference.
Is the warranty registered?
Yes, on the day the boiler goes in. You get the paperwork to prove it.
Do I need a power flush first?
Only if the system water is dirty enough to threaten the new boiler. I check at the survey and tell you either way, it is not an automatic add-on.
